How to clear your browser cache:

After clearing the cache, you may want to exit all the way out of the browser and then re-open the browser before attempting to access e-Connect again.

Clean Cache In EXPLORER:

  • Go to TOOLS
  • Click on INTERNET OPTIONS
  • Click on the GENERAL tab
  • Click on DELETE FILES under theTemporary
    Internet File Category
  • Click OK to exit.

Clean Cache In NAVIGATOR:

  • Go to EDIT
  • Click on PREFERENCES
  • Click on the + (plus sign) next to Advanced.
  • Click on CACHE under word Advanced.
  • Click on CLEAR MEMORY CACHE and CLEAR DISK CACHE.
  • Click OK to exit out of the prompt.
